REGISTRATION FEE:

RISE Flag registration fee does not include credit card and $20 processing fees which will be charged upon checkout:

1st Grade to High School EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $145 ends on May 3.       
1st Grade to High School REGULAR REGISTRATION:   $165 ends on June 7
1st Grade to High School LATE REGISTRATION:            $190 ends on June 28

PreK-K REGISTRATION:  $120 ends on June 28

A sibling discount of $20 is available for ALL Siblings. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED. 
 
The first Uniform Order is on June 7 - Athletes registered by June 7 will be guaranteed uniform for Week 1.  For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, (June 8-June21), families should expect that uniforms will arrive for Week 2 or Week 3. Registrations between June 22 - June 28, uniforms will arrive by or before week 4. 

Additional RISE player apparel and/or RISE mouthguard purchased through the registration process... those items will be delivered to your address.  The local league does not handle those orders.

LEAGUE LOCATION

The Land O'Lakes / Central Pasco SUMMER RISE Flag Football season runs from June through August with games taking place at:

SEASON SCHEDULE

Game days and times may be subject to change due to Inclement weather or other reason(s). League Operator will post dates and times prior to Week ONE.

Note:  First 3 weeks of the Season are MNF, then switching to SNF for last 3 weeks of the Season

Weather Policy - Games cancelled due to rain or lightening will be made up as soon as possible; may be during the week to keep on schedule. Subject to field availability and ability to reschedule.
 

LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year. 2025/26 School year. 

If there are enough total teams, we will host two levels of competition in each Division with separate Championship Series as we usually do in the Winter seasons.  

     •   Pre-K – K - Instructional with Games 5v5
     •   1st - 2nd Grade Division 6v6

     •   All Girls 1-2 Grade Division 5v5 (if enough registered, otherwise 1-2 will be CoEd as usual)
     •   3rd – 4th Grade Division 6v6 
     •   5th – 6th Grade Division 6v6
     •   7th – 8th Grade Division 5v5

     •   All Girls Grade 3-5 Division 6v6
     •   All Girls Grade 6-8 Division 6v6
     •   High School Girls Division (Grade 9-12) 5v5
     •   High School Boys (Grade 9-10) 4v4 Air It Out Division


•  Co-ed, open to grades Pre-K through 8th
•  Five to eight-game season, including Playoffs and Bowl games
•  6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field / PreK is 5v5 format
•  5v5 new Olympic format for 7th – 8th Grade Division only
•  8-10 player rosters 
•  Practice will be conducted on game day - ** Many Coaches like to hold additional practice day during the week at day/time/location of choice **
•  No tryouts or drafts!  Everyone Plays
•  Rosters are formed by friend and/or coach requests
•  Free Agent Single players are placed on teams with a common variable to be determined by the League Operator (School, Neighborhood, etc)

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

RISE Flag Football, LLC, nor the League Operator, do not provide coaches for the leagues. All coaches are volunteers and majority are parents and/or mentors in the community.
EVERY volunteer coach must provide the League Operator with a current RISE background check, which is good for one year.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted to the League Operator in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
•   No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be 
processed.
