RISE Flag FRIDAY NIGHTS Land O'Lakes registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Winter flag football season. Each registered player receives a NEW BALANCE game jersey and shorts with their registration fee.

REGISTRATION FEE:

RISE Flag registration fee does not include credit card and processing fees which will be charged upon checkout:

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:         $155 ends on November 22
REGULAR REGISTRATION:             $175 ends on December 22
LATE REGISTRATION:                        $195 ends on January 15

 
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, December 22, families should expect that uniforms will arrive for Week 2 or Week 3. Registrations between December 23 and January 15, uniforms will arrive by or before week 4. Also, additional RISE player apparel and/or RISE mouthguard purchased through the registration process, those items will be delivered to your address. 

A sibling discount of $20 is available for ALL Siblings. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.

LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
Winter Season is the biggest season of the year - We will host two levels of competition in each Division with separate Championship Series as we usually do.  


     •   Pre-K – K - Instructional with Games
     •   1st - 2nd Division CoEd - Will do an All Girls Division with enough Girls for at least 4 Teams
     •   3rd – 4th Division
     •   5th – 6th Division
     •   7th – 8th Division
     •   All Girls Grades 3-5 Division
     •   All Girls Grades 6-8 Division


     •   High School 7v7 Boys/Girls Divisions will be held at LOL Center Location; We are also hosting 7v7 at our new Wiregrass Ranch location

•  Co-ed, open to grades Pre-K through 8th
•  Six to eight-game season, including playoffs and consolation games
•  6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field / PreK is 5v5 format
•  5v5 new Olympic format for 7th – 8th Grade Division only
•  8-10 player rosters 
•  Practice will be conducted on game day - ** Many Coaches like to hold additional practice day during the week **
•  No tryouts or drafts!
•  Rosters are formed by friend and/or coach requests
•  Free Agent Single players are placed on teams with a common variable to be determined by the League Operator (School, Neighborhood, etc)

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

RISE Flag Football, LLC, nor the League Operator, does not provide coaches for the leagues. All coaches are volunteers and most likely parents and/or mentors in the community.
EVERY volunteer coach must provide the League Operator with a current RISE background check, which is good for one year.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted to the League Operator in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
•   No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be 
processed.
